Now and Forever

Whenever I'm weary
From the battles that rage in my head
You make sense of madness
When my sanity hangs by a thread

I lose my way but still you seemed to understand
Now and forever
I will be your man

Sometimes I just hold you
Too caught up in me to see
I'm holding a fortune
That heaven has given to me

I'll try to show you
Each and every way I can

Now and forever
I will be your man

Now I can rest my worries and always be sure
That I won't be alone anymore
If I'd only known you were there all the time
All this time

Until the day the ocean doesn't touch the sand
Now and forever
I will be your man
Now and forever
I will be your man

I WAN THIS~~
My latest faze: FUJIFILM Pivi MP300~

Sad thing is, it's only distributed exclusively in Japan. Even UK n US dun even hav it yet!

:( Currently Singapore only has MP100.

I wan to buy~ lol.

Let mi explain why the craze for this. Firstly, it's damn cute n cool to hav this ard. It's a mobile printer 146mm x 102mm x 29mm/ 225g and allows to print credit card size pictures with frame in 20 seconds. Best of all, no ink is needed. It works like a polaroid. So cool.

It's designed for prints from cellphones devices via infrared rays interface and even pictures taken with any brand digital camera with Pictbrigde feature additional to the infrared interface for cellphones.

So, one can bring this out and print pics directly from phone and keep it~! so cool.. but it's a little ex la. I mean, for this kind of 'extra' enjoyment. Plus, the films need to be bought separately as well. Well, one has to pay for all things in life.

MP70 on the left n MP300 on the right. Packs of films lying ard..

Actually, i kinda like the colors of the old model MP70. It's more lively unlike the MP300. Though black is more sleek but it's like normal e gadgets. Aww, JAPAN~!

SPOILER OF THE DAY!
Went Nat Lib to meet Tracy for the cocktail competition discussion in the afternoon. Was supposed to find her at B1, BUT, B1 is so big and i dunno where is she. The most stupid and angry thing when i first met her was to KENA SCOLD by a middle-aged man. Crazy fellow!

Firstly, we weren't toking LOUD! If i din remember wrongly, lib allows pp to speak softly. NOT NO TALKING. Crazy man. And i was blur abt wad happened initially and i actually went to apologise to him, out of courtesy. BUT he continued rambling what, "oh good lord, ....." I swear if he continued for a few more sentences, i would hav picked a quarrel wif him. Argh. Spoiler for my day.

It's bad enough to go for a discussion on a cocktail competition that offers limited amt of prize money la. $100 for the champion. PATHETIC. plus, each grp comprises of 4 pp. AND the cocktail must be ORIGINAL. (There are like 2000++ cocktails in the world) And we have to kena this kinda man.

People, beware who u meet in the library.

Anyway, look at the pair of earrings i put on today. Fits the subject of discussion k. lol

Love the jewels

YEAH~ MY THEORY OF WATER SUPPORTED!
WASHINGTON (AFP) - - Drinking enough to quench your thirst is sufficient for the body's needs, and there is no evidence to support the common advice to drink eight glasses of water a day, according to a new study.

"Just drink when you are thirsty," was the advice from a study published Thursday in the Journal of the American Society of Nephrology.

Doctors from the University of Pennsylvania said "there is simply a lack of evidence in general" that everyone should drink the recommended 1.5 litres of water a day.

Researchers Dan Negoianu and Stanley Goldfarb had examined the theory that drinking more water helped the kidneys flush more toxins from the body.

"So the question is does drinking more water increase these normal important functions of the kidneys. And the answer is no,"

"In fact, drinking large amounts of water, actually and surprisingly, tends to reduce the ability of the kidney to function as a filter."

Water has also been touted as an ideal aid to those who want to lose weight. But while drinking more helps dieters feel full, no clinical study has proved that it will help keep the weight off.

"There were some studies that suggested that in fact, calorie intake was reduced when individuals were given water prior to eating. Other studies suggested that it wasn't," Goldfarb added.

Increased water intake was only really justified in extreme cases, such as for athletes, people living in hot, dry climates and those suffering from particular illnesses.

So please~ stop pestering me to drink lots and lots of water~! lol
